Simming Along

Hello, everybody, I’m back again and with an update. I have enough pictures for a 3 page post today but I’m not sure mom would be too happy about that. So I can’t say how long this update will be knowing that I will have to stop in the middle of it. I’m hoping it be at least two pages. I apologize for being so inactive this past week. I have so much work to do that I don’t have time to type my updates (usually it takes me an hour to do that).

On my last update I had to delete Justin Ternynck because he was all buggy and no one could interact with him. Jeffrey got home that day with is own problems, he got fired from his job in the slacker career track. Jessica (Justin’s twin sister) grew into a beautiful blonde hair dark blue eye toddler.

When I returned the next day, look who I saw laying on the sidewalk of the Ternynck Mansion. The one and only Justin! He just appeared there like a newborn baby. He didn’t have that stinky diaper with him because his whole needs/wants/age was reset. So I guess Justin Jessica aren’t really twins anymore. How sad is that…

I didn’t have time I play for a couple of days but I did take some pictures before so I thought I’d just post it right now before I forget why I took them. I have the same problem as Jen, when I first take the picture I know what I’m gonna say about them and now my mind is about half blank. Something tragic happens in this post, I hope someone doesn’t get mad! ;_;

As soon as Jane delivered her set of twins, Jonathan and Adonica greeted the babies, each taking turn with one and then switching. Adonica and Jonathan promised to be the best grandparents to the Justin and Jessica. They wanted to train them, feed them, and become their best friends.

I just realized Justin, Jessica, Jane, and Jeffrey all have names starting with the “J”! Oh! And Jonathan does too! That’s so cool, I never realized that.

It turns out I was wrong about having three posts with three pages in them each. Acctually, I only have enough for two posts with three pages in them each. Fortunately I can post more than 6 pictures on each page but I’m sure you guys don’t wanna hear about that. On with the update!

Jane didn’t want to wear that pizza delivery uniform all her life especially since she’s supposed to be a romance Sim. She decided to dig through the closet of the Ternynck Mansion to find a dress she liked and fits her personality. Then she went to Adonica and asked if she could borrow some make up of hers. She applied just enough to make herself look beautiful, even though she was already beautiful before.

Like I said so many times before in my previous posts, I played a lot on Friday. Perhaps it’s not that much compared to other bloggers but for me it’s a lot! I played for an entire day! I hope I can do that again soon but I seriously doubt it. I have enough updates to last three days. Enough of my rambling, let’s get on with the real deal.

I can’t believe how much those romance Sims love themself. Everytime I allow my Sims to go automous I would see McKale right by that mirror in the bathroom, admiring his looks. I guess confidence is part of the key to get people’s attraction.

I did this with my other Legacy family but I got the original idea from Jen. This is a close shot of everyone in the Legacy family together I will do one every generation.

I took several that were really bad and a couple that were pretty good. I can’t decide on which one to use so I’m gonna post all of them. In each picture there will be McKale (2nd Gen. spare heir) sitting the the far left, Adonica (My legacy founder 1st Gen.) in the middle, Jeffrey (my 2nd Gen. Heir) in the far right, and poor Jonathan (1st Gen. married to Adonica) standing up behind the couch I placed right in front of the front door.

It was really hard to take a portrait. Far harder than I ever imagined. Those darn Sims just won’t stand still. They look at each other constantly and chat. That’s why most of the pictures have little relationship thing on top of someone.

The reason for my lack of updates is because I started over the legacy challenge for a while. I found this really weird bug in my family that made Adonica relax on her bed and when I canceled the action she never got off the bed!! It was really weird but eventually I just had them move out and then move them back in again. It took me a really long time to refurnish everything… after all, the Ternynck Mansion is not small.

Today’s update will be three pages long! (I’ve never had one this long before!) So enjoy!

I took this picture because it looks like everyone was walking the same way and I thought it was funny (being easily amused and all). But they were acctually going to see a hot tub I just bought for the family…

You might’ve noticed that today my update is TWO pages. I made it originally about 12 pictures per page but now I cut this to about 6-8 pictures per page so it seems longer ;_; Anyways, on with the “uneventful” update.

Not much happened when I played yesterday. Since both McKale and Jeffrey just changed into the next stage in life and Jonathan and Adonica still had around 16 days in adulthood, nobody had a birthday or died. But whatever, I just took a series of pictures. Hope you guys enjoy!

My couples always have to stay in love, so I had them do a series of romantic interactions with each other. Jeffrey decided to walk in to paint on the ONLY painting easel in the house. (I later bought another one). But I just found it funny how he looks like he’s watching them with a smile on his face. Well, at least he’s not grossed-out like his brother McKale might be…

It’s weird because now that I put two page stories up, I feel like all my stories should be that long… Now I have an obligation to write long stories like that everytime. Unfotunately in this update, I didn’t have time to take that many picutres. But the good news is, Jeffrey’s a hottie! At least one of my Sim kids turn out nice!

Oh yeah, remember when I said I lost all of the gameplay I did two days ago? Well, I replayed everything but I didn’t take anymore pictures so the first few are pictures I took before I lost all the gameplay. Confused yet? ;_;

Jeffrey brought home his little friend that day after school after getting another A+ Report Card. I’m telling you, he’s really turning into a little nerd… at least he’s cute! I just love how the kids hug. They look like they like each other but doesn’t want to get too close. ^__^ Kinda like when we were young, I guess…

I didn’t get to play alot today but I did play a bit yesterday therefore this update will be semi-long. I don’t know if I should allow Adonica and Jonathan to have another child… I really want a girl because of the awesome outfits I have… I think I am addicted to downloading clothes and hair! Does anyone else feel this way?

Usually when my Sims’ kids get to a child, he/she is usually best friends with both her parents. Unfortunately Jeffrey wasn’t so I had to get him to socialize with Jonathan when they both have spare time. It basically involved a bunch of red hands, hugging, and jokes…

I finally finished with my house. I am acctually really satisfied with how it turned out! I think it looks more majestic and cozy. Take a look for yourself. By the way, this post will NOT be all about the new house, it will mainly be about my Sims but I will throw a couple of house pictures in. The first couple will be house pictures, then my story will start.

I finally have TWO pages! I took a lot of pictures today because a lot happened, so sit back and enjoy! ^_^

I created something a bit different from previous houses I’ve made. This one is based on a house a friend of mine made, I tried to make it as much alike as possible because I really liked her house. Here is the second story view of my new stairway. The front door and the stereo is on the first story, so this is the stairs overlooking the front door.
